Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we will not accept any returns. We do want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, please let us know or contact us with any questions or concerns.

Shipping

All orders will be sent the next bussiness day (after payment is cleared). A tracking number will be sent automatically when we print the shipping label. 
Once the package is handed over to USPS we cannot control what happens to it.
If there is a delay in shipment or the package is received in damaged condition please notify us immediately and we will try to rectify any problems.
